What airmail categories does the Philippine Post Office have for documents to the USA ?

I need to send a small brown envelope containing documents via airmail to the California, USA from Manila, Philippines.

Are there airmail categories - say Express Mail / Regular Air Mail ?
How long will the mail reach the USA is send thru each airmail category ?
